The BYD-developed BYD D1 2023 is a purpose-built electric compact multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), BYD D1 is powered by a 100 horsepower and 180 lb/ft of torque Electric engine. It has Front-wheel drive and Single-speed automatic transmission.
The BYD D1 2023 compact MPV is powered by one Permanent Magnet Synchronous electric motor with a 100 kW (136 hp) power and is equipped with a 53.6kWH cobalt-free LFP battery. The maximum D1 speed is 130 km/h. It features a sliding door on the right side to free passengers from opening the door, and the vehicle also has more extensive legroom for back seat passengers.
