The Volkswagen Golf 50 Years Legend Edition has officially hit the market, with a total of two models launched. The release of the new car is to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Volkswagen Golf, with the two models set to become the entry-level and top-of-the-line models of the 2024 Golf.

In terms of exterior design, according to the official posters released, the Golf 50 Years Legend Edition will maintain consistency with the currently available 2024 Golf in terms of appearance, still equipped with LED headlights and a through-type LED light belt design, with a large-area blackened air intake at the lower surround, offering a good sports atmosphere.

For the interior, the Golf 50 Years Legend Edition is expected to continue the design of the currently available models, featuring a 10.25-inch full LCD digital instrument panel and a 10-inch touch central control screen, equipped with the CNS 3.0 intelligent in-vehicle navigation information and entertainment system. The new car comes standard with 10-way electric adjustment for the driver’s seat (including 4-way lumbar support), driver’s seat memory, height adjustment for the passenger seat, keyless entry, one-touch start, wireless phone charging, and a 7-speaker sound system, among other configurations.

In terms of power, the Golf 50 Years Legend Edition continues to be equipped with a 1.4T four-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 150 horsepower and a peak torque of 250 N.m, matched with a 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission, with a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 8.6 seconds.
