BYD previews new sedan Qin L
There were previous rumors that the new car  Qin L will be one of the first models to be equipped with BYD's next-generation hybrid system DM 5.0.BYD has begun gearing up for the new car  Qin L, which will be the latest member of its hot-selling Qin family.BYD said on Weibo today that the new car  Qin L will be launched soon and will lead a new trend in mid-size sedans.
According to regulatory filings in February, the new car Qin L is a hybrid midsize sedan measuring 4,830 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and 1,495 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,790 mm.
In comparison, the length, width and height of BYD Qin Plus DM-i are 4765 mm, 1837 mm and 1495 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2718 mm.This means the new car Qin L is longer and wider than the Qin Plus DM-i.
The Qin L is equipped with an engine with a displacement of 1.5L and a maximum power of 70kW. Its electric motor has a maximum power of 120 kilowatts.The model weighs 1,660 kilograms and can reach a top speed of 180 kilometers per hour.
