BYD enters Greek passenger car market with Atto 3 and Seal
BYD‘s Dolphin and Seal U will next be introduced to Greece.
BYD has begun working with dealer partner Sfakianakis Group to sell passenger cars in the Greek market, further expanding its international presence. According to today’s press release, the first two BYD models to be distributed by Sfakianakis in Greece are the Atto 3 and Seal. Atto 3 is called Yuan Plus in China.
BYD’s Dolphin Seal U will next be introduced in Greece, with the Seal U available in both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) versions.Seal U is called Song Plus in China and is divided into pure electric Song Plus EV and hybrid Song Plus DM-i.
BYD said Sfakinakis is implementing a plan to expand the group’s network of retail partners and authorized repairers across Greece to ensure high-quality localized sales and after-sales services. Michael Shu, managing director of BYD Europe, said: “This is BYD Europe’s first nationwide launch in 2024, which makes our partnership with Greece’s Sfakianakis Group even more important.”
